Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection And Excessive Sweating In A Child

Hi my 3 year old son has a temperature of 35.4 (ear thermometer) and is sweating so badly his clothes are soaked, he normally sweats this badly when sleeping however this is the first time I have taken his temperature whilst this is happening. He has been sick lately and is currently on cefaclor for ear infection, he has been on it now for 4 days. Just wondering if this is normal? Thanks.
