Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection And Vertigo

Hello, my sister has been, perscribed with some tablets but arnt working, she was diagnosed with a sort of inner ear infection and virtigo, she also had virtigo about a yar ago. I was wondering if you agree with this.
Symptons are;dizziness, feeling sick, cold sweats and migrains
She was struggling to walk a little while ago and is now asleep
