Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection In A Child

my daughter is 3yr with a diagnosed middle ear infection she was prescribed drops which have not taken effect she was in paing last night and woke up with pus leaking out of her eye in lumps and runny fluid. I assume the ear drum has burst due to pressure. what do i do to maintain care does she require a doctor urgently or can she wait until the gp surgery opens on monday
