Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection In A Child

my son is 3.5 years old .he is having ear infection and pus formation near eardrum .he got antibiotics and ibukind and kiderlac.After 1 dose he started passing loose motion with mucous or very jel like stool with high fever. we gave crocin first but not worked then we gave mefta-p surup. now for stomach we are giving him econorm sachhet 4 in a day ,..is this will calm his loose stools and cramping and what will be its efffect on his ear pus..
