Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

I've had an ear infection/ache for about 1 week now. The pain is excruciating but I wanted to save money. Blood has started to leak out of my ear now, not much, just a slow steady flow. The pain it seems is getting worse and now I get cold chills and vertigo.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dear, you may be developed a middle ear infection. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid water entering into the inner ear.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
