Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain Along With Fatigue And Episodes Of Dizziness

Hello. I have been experiencing ear ache like symptoms, but have yet to be diagnosed with an ear infection. I have been to ENT specialists with the same result, no infection. I have also experienced fatigue, with mild episodes of dizziness. I am currently taking 5mg of amlodopine daily, along with cetirizine for allergies and flutacosone. Of course, I am concerned with more serious issues such as brain tumor and such. Just cant get a handle on my symptoms. Thank you.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ear pain along with fatigue and episodes of dizziness which seems to be due to ear canal dermatitis , otitis media and foreign body entrapment. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once. Doctor will examine with otoscope and order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamicin ) , anti histamine and supplement like ginkgo biloba. avoid itching or pricking ear with any sharp object. For now keep your ear dry and apply warm compresses to external ear .
