Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Multiple Cranial Nerve Palsies

hi i need help in the diagnosis of a patient
he has ear pain for 15 days followed by multiple cranial nerve palsies including 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,9th,12th. he also has diffuse induration over parotid region extending to temple and face with mild buldge in parapharyngeal space. he is not responding to antibiotics ant viral markers screening is negative
