I am 52 yr old female. I woke up this morning with loud roaring in my right ear (although left ear on pillow) nd horrible severe vertigo, nauseous, headache. My husband had to walk me blind to bathroom because I just knew I would vomit or have diarrhea. I ve had short mild bouts with vertigo a few times but nothing severe like this. I ve had ear pain before but never roaring or loud ringing. Now, 10 hours later, I feel a little disoriented, mild headache and mild nauseous and mild dizziness. I ve fought a severe sinus inf for 9 weeks but just finished strong 2nd round of antibiotics 10 days ago.
