Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain

I have been careless about my ears for years, but lately I have been regularly cleaning them up, but something is wrong, my ears keep dropping a lot of wax from sometimes 1 day since cleaning and lately my right inner ear hurts when I wake up and has been closed for days now, I have grown used to it, because it happened before and it passed but I don't want this to keep happening...can you tell me what I might have?

Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you might be having trauma to the ear canal while cleaning the ear. That might cause ear pain.
Wax is normal. Formed in everyone ear.
It's not abnormal . excessive wax accumulation can cause ear blockage with mild ear pain.
get your ear cleaned by a specialist once in 6 months.
