Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you haveyou have pain in your left ear . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like ear infection like otitis externa , excessive wax buildup or injury like ear drum rupture . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist fo proper examination . Doctor may order test like CT scan and examine ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamycin ) at least for a week along with anti inflammatory and anti allergic . For now keep your ear dry , apply dry warm compresses on external ear and cove it while bathing . It will usually take 7-10 days to recover .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
