Suggest Treatment For Earache, dizzy Spells And Swollen Glands

Hi, I have been feeling what I would best describe as wobbly for the past 3 days. My glands are up, particularly on the right, I have a cough and occasional headache, but more worryingly I have dizzy spells several times over the course of the day during which my ears pop . There isn t anything in particular that brings this on as far as I know - grateful for any help! I am 27 years old, average weight, have had history of tonsilitis and glandular fever in the past.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest to gargle with salty water and drink liquids.
I also suggest to rest and eat a healthy diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
