Suggest Treatment For Early Onset Of Motor Fluctuations

Tom Berdine (your video) was diagnosed age 34 and is obvously suffering from early onset of motor fluctuations, despite (I gess) optimized oral ttt. My question is should we consider neurostimulation (DBS) in this case or continuous dopaminergic stimulation by duodenal infusion (Duodopa)?
