Suggest Treatment For Echo And Double Sound In Ear

Hi doctor, Recently my right ear has some issue whereby i can hear double sound, some sort of echo when people are talking to me and it has been happening for the past 1 week. How should I go about seek treatment as it has been quite annoying keep hearing echo sound in my right ear? Or is it because i hear some loud music that causes it to be like that

Hi.The commonest reason for echo is Acute Otitis Media, that is fluid in the middle ear cavity. Get ENT opinion and get started with antibiotics, antihistamine and anti-inflammatory medicines. This can also occur due to Acoustic trauma due to loud noise.
