Suggest Treatment For Eczema And Dry Itchy Scalp

My 7 yr old daughter was diagnosed with eczema & dry / itchy scalp years ago ... but recently there has been a flare we've never witnessed. Tiny flesh tone bumps all over her body that cause excessive scratching (size of chill bumps), larger than normal dry patches all over her body (including ears), also skin burns depending on what lotion we use ... also noticed pus all over her scalp , lumps under her scalp , excessive flaking, itching, soars on scalp(no hair loss or balding yet) but some breakage ... also she constantly gets ring worms popping up ... i pray for relief for her .... please help

let her apply pregmatar ointment and take take antihistaminic syrup like benadryl. mantain hygine. if noimprovement then you have to consult dermatologist.
