Suggest Treatment For Eczema And Food Allergies

Hi. I have a three year old who has been diagnosed with eczema and food allergies. We monitor his food intake and lotion him from head to toe every day, twice a day. He is currently taking singular and hydroxizine for his skin. However, for the past week he has been scratching his feet so bad during the night that he wakes up with blodd dripping from his feet. We have tried socks and gloves, but he takes them off during the night. He is at the point where he can t even wear shoes
