Hello, if you have a confirmed diagnosis of eczema, then it goes of with proper medication depending on the type of eczema. Topical corticosteroids are the mainstay for the treatment of eczema, and depending on the severity, appropriate type is prescribed. Plus you will also need antihistamines like tab cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime You need to keep the area clean and i would adv you not to apply any other chemical on your own as they may lead to irritant contact dermatitis on top of it. As far as vitiligo vulgaris is concerned, the treatment option depends on the extent and stability of the disease..As per ur history, for extensive lesions on the body, phototherapy with NBUVB is a good option. Do visit ur dermatologist for these. Thank you Take care
