Suggest Treatment For Eipididmitis

I have recurring eipididmitis. I have hade to procedures for this. One vasectomy and verucaceels dont think that is speeld right. Other was to remove eipididumul cyst. Every time I lift some thing heavy it comes back. Wich I found out is chimical eipididmitis. I have hade this for 3 years noe. I am at my wits end. Help.

Well come to HCM
epididymitis is inflammatory condition of epididymis and this could be due to injury or infection and this need to ruled out although chances of epididymis pathology is very less likely unless it is being properly investigated and have some clinical evidence, if this is so then this can be best managed with analgesic and antibiotic, but still I would insist for differential diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
