Suggest Treatment For Elbow And Wrist Pain

I have pains running from my elbow to my wrist and they are on and off. but poor blood circulation runs through my family and i have been under stress. i dont know if it can cause this. but i was wondering if maybe to take Tylenol to thin my blood or what to do. the medical bills are so expensive now so i need an answer
