Suggest Treatment For Elbow Bruise

My daughter got hit with a softball, approx. 55 mph, in elbow. Intense pain for day or so, swollen all around arm... trying to move around some but still hurts...color hasn t became blue or anything to visible..sometimes pains are sudden and shooting but aching all the time? Possible chip or break or just bruise you think?

Hello, with this physical trauma , possibility of a bony injury is likely and it cannot be discerned unless an Xray is taken..Swellings usually mask the underlying severe injury.
I would adv you to visit an orthopedician for evaluation
A simple bruise resolves spontaneously in few days
For pain and swelling, i will adv you (depending on the age of the patient, which isnot mentioned here) Tab Zinase-D 1 tab bd
