Suggest Treatment For Elbow Pain After Past Injury

Hi, I broke my arm above the elbow 23 years ago. It healed well, but over the last few months, when I move my arm in certain ways I experience pain where the break was. This is starting to restrict the movement in my arm. Please could you let me know the cause and what, if anything can be done. Thank you
