Suggest Treatment For Elbow Pain

My 28 yr old daughter woke up this am and can't straighten her elbow. she also states it hurts to use her arm (in the elbow 10/10) if she tries to use it as if to help herself get out of a chair. Also states the inside (closes to body) appears to be sticking out.
