Suggest Treatment For Electric Shock Feeling All Over The Body

If i'm laying in bed and imagining something, like daydreaming for instance, just trying to go to sleep, sometimes i get this odd sensation that is very brief and not painful, the only way to describe it is its like a jolt of electricity, that's the only time it ever happens and i can usually reproduce the effect, any idea what it is or if i should ask my local doctor?
