General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having severe rise in blood pressure, high pulse rate, chest pain and shortness of breat requires evaluation of your case.
Consult cardiologist and get examined.
You might require,
EKG,
TMT,
Lipid profile,
Cardiac enzyme test.
This will give proper diagnosis and afterwards plan of treatment can be decided.
Ok and take care.
