Suggest Treatment For Elevated ESR Levels

My mother is suffering from high ESR (95). As suggested by some doctor we got a biopsy done for her. Now the doctor is saying that bone density test has to be taken before starting the medication. My mother is suffering from acute headache for the last 15 days. Please Help.
