Hello, Thank you for asking on HCM! I carefully read your query and i am trying to give you some suggestions regarding your concerns. Trying to keep a normal hormonal balance sometimes is not that easy, you might have found the proper dose for some consecutive years and after a certain time the body requires changes. In these cases, first of all you must be sure that the way of administration is correct, it means that you take the tablets early in the morning and you don't eat and drink at least 1 hour after. The second reason for this hormonal imbalance may be a change of the brand of levothyroxine lately. If none of the above, you have to change the doses every 6 weeks until you find the proper one. Actually you may try one day 112.5 and one day 125 mcg. Hope this will help you to find a balance.
Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
