Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.
The cause of high bilirubin level is fatty liver that you can have because of your overweight; from your weight referring to height I can understand that you are overweight.
I recommend you to lose weight, choose a healthy diet low in saturated fat,5 portion of vegetables and fruits per day, you should do more than 30 minutes of brisk walking every day and I recommend to chose a gym instructor and a dietitian to help to lose weight in a better way for your better health.
Another reason for the high level of bilirubin is also the gallstone for this reason the doctor had prescribed you Udiliv 300 mg.
Reheptin is a medicine for the restore of your liver damage.
To determine the cause of the high value of bilirubin you should do an abdominal echo and monitor by the gastroenterologist.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Kind regard,
Dr .Marsida Janko
