General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
you have got this high bilirubin because of either infection or hepatocellular damage
it takes time to revert back to normal depending upon the damage that can be best assessed by an ultrasound and other lab test s like SGOT and SGPT
complete abstinence is must
avoid physical exertion also for rapid recovery
hope this helps you
Regards
