Hi There

I understand your concern for your husbands wellbeing and I would like to tell you that genetical high cholesterol levels are difficult to bring under control.

As it's been 17 yrs that your husband is taking medicines so it's not advisable now to shift to some other form of treatment. However what you can do is to start him on daily exercise 45 mins a day for 5 days a week, good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet, no smoking and no junk or fried food. Make him follow this healthy lifestyle habits regularly and may be after some months his medicines for cholesterol can be decreased.

I wish him good health
