Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had chronically elevated eosinophils since childhood (28 yo male). I had asthma at 1year of age but outgrew. Persistent urticaria (hives as a child but now severe itching every night). I also have had 4 serious GI bleeds. I am also congenital hypothyroid. Can t help but wonder if all this is somehow related... An immune response gone haywire.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
You are having raised eosinophils count due to skin allergy. When your allergy is controlled, your eosinophil count will also normalise. There is no separate drug for eosinophils.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
