Suggest Treatment For Elevated Liver Enzymes

Hello Sir, I am Sourav from India. I am suffering from higher Liver enzyme level especially SGPT ~200. I ve also done U.S.G test of whole abdomen which is completely normal. I m taking New Liv Fit Tab for 1 month prescribed by a general physician. He has also recommended me a dietary chart. But there is no improvement till now. Yesterday I got my SGPT level checked which was 199 . Right now, I cannot test food properly and the water seems bitter. Please give me a solution.

simply have liver functiontestrepeatedly.refrain from alcohol and smoking.avoid hepatotoxic drug or diet. get checked by physician for clinical assessment of liver function.follow up should be done.
