My pancreatic and enzymes are very high but my triglycerides and my calcium levels and my protein levels are normal. I am having pain nausea feel like vomiting but no vomiting and rapid heartbeat and sometimes I ll have hypoglycemic episodes. Been going on 6 months or more
Hi Welcome to HCM! I can understand your problem you did not mention mention your age and gender. After going through your history I am of the opinion that you might be having some problem with your pancreas. Although it is rare, the Insulin secreting tumor of pancreas...the insulinoma should be ruled out. Tumors of the pancreas that produce too much insulin are called insulinomas.
A high blood insulin level causes a low blood sugar level (hypoglycemia) with elevated pancreatic enzymes are suggestive of this rare tumor.\ Kindly see your physician for detailed assessment. Take care.
