Suggest Treatment For Elevating BP Post Exercise

When sitting I have a pulse of 48-50 and my blood pressure runs between pre-hypertension and stage one hypertension. After exercise my pulse rises between 60 and 60 something and my blood pressure returns to normal. I tend to exercise robustly. 5 miles on a cross trainer for 40 minutes and then swim laps for a half hour thereafter. I am 50 now. What do you think?
