Suggest Treatment For Emphysema Leading To Shortness Of Breath

I have emphysema I started using an inhaler six months ago and I don t think its working I quit smoking two and a half years ago nd my breathing is getting worse I can t hardly ben over and pick something heavy up without loosing my breath. Do I need a new inhaler?
