Suggest Treatment For Endiometriosis

Hello, I am a 45 yr. old Mother of a 26, 25, and 10 year old. (1 miscarriage, age 18 yrs.) I have been diagnosed with endiometris (?). Sorry. I have had several heavy periods for years, usually twice a month. Most of my menstrual cycles consist of major cramping pains and big clots. I was on my menstrual cycle last week and had lots of cramping and a few blood clots. Then 3 days into my cycle a massive blood clot, approx. 1-2 pounds, discharged out of me. I ve never had a blood clot that big! I picked it up in a paper towel and put it in a bag and a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer. what is this and should I take it to my family doctor or a medical center? Thank you, for your reply!
