Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have endometrial cancer. You should go for surgery. Total abdominal hysterectomy with removal of both ovary and fallopian tube is the ideal treatment followed by chemotherapy according to stage. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
