Suggest Treatment For Endometrial Polyps

What causes endometrial polyps? How to treat them? I had d&c last year but I am having irregular spotting though the doctor recommended the use of depotrust. I have spotting or bleeding during or after intercourse with my husband. I don't know how to treat this.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Polyp s a mass on inner lining of uterus . It can be flat / with a stalk..& may protrude out of uterus , lie in the mouth of uterus .. to cause symptoms like you have.
Treatment is surgical removal .. by dilatation & curettage under hysteroscopic vision.
