Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis Of The Uterus

i had lower right abominal pain on off on but not so pain. i never had my period because i am on birth control my dr said i have adenomyosis endometriosis of the uterus and i will need hysterectomy surgery to remove uterus. Should I go for hysterectomy because I did not have serious pain because of birth control helps. I am so confuse if hysterectomy is right for me
