Hi. I am Farzana Islam from Bangladesh. I am 26 years old unmarried and suffering from Endometriosis with hydroneprosis. I have irregular menstruation. Rencently I have done my CA-125 and it s 46.6. Though I don t know my stage of endometriosis! My laparatomy and laparoscopy were done in the year of 2010. As my CA 125 is high and also have hydronephrosis what should I do..

If there is hydronephrosis and renal function is impaired, ureteric stenting may be required. Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.
