Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

Hello sir... my query is about my cousin who was suffering wid pelvic pain and she also has delayed menstrual periods.... after having hormonal tablets for almost 2 years the doctor told her to do laproscopy. In laproscopy it was diagnosed with cervical stenosis. When she went for an ultra sound of pelvis it said that she has endometriosis. please can u tel me wat is d treatment 4 her???
