Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

Hello my name is Tabitha im a 27 year old female with endometriosis and I had went to the dr yesterday and had a trans vaginal ultrasound done due to ovarian cysts and they said they found dilated veins and also fluid in my endometrial lining i was just wondering what could be the cause of both..my dr isnt very informative so im here for possible answers or possible causes.
