Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Abdomen, Pain In Joints And Difficulty In Urinating?

I have an enlarged abdomen, pain in joints, difficulty urinating...getting or keeping an erection, slow start to pass urine. In some years passed, blood was in semen. Yearly PSA and rectal exam...low levels of testosterone but no treatment option given. Lack confidence in Dr. of urology. Any Dr. s you aware of in Mobile AL connected with USA Medical Center? I just want a clear diagnosis before it s advanced!
