Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Cervical Lymph Nodes

My daughters aged 2.5 and 8 years respectively got throat infection and were febrile about 2 weeks ago and were prescribed Syp Augmentin Duo. I have observed that even after completing the course prescribed by the doctor, both are still having enlarged cervical lymphnodes. Do they need some other medication for this?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The enlarged lymphnodes (lymphadenopath) can be secondary to the throat infection. Nothing to be panic, it take some time to subside and return back to normal approximately a week to 10 days. Complete the course of antibiotics and do saline gargling.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
