Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain enlargement of circumvallate papilla can occur due to a few conditions like irritation caused due to Smoking, Burning with hot foods, irritation with stomach acid in Gastroesophageal reflux disease, at times can be inflamed due to post nasal drip in case sinus infection and cold, allergy to certain food items etc..
You need not to worry as it is self resolving condition..
You can do warm saline gargles.
Such on ice pops..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration..
Avoid hot and spicy food..
It will resolve in a week or so and if it does not consult an oral physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
