Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Collar Bone

My collar bone has been enlarged and hurting for about 4 weeks. After 2 weeks I saw a local nurse practician (sp?) who diagnosed it as costacondritis. I received a steriod shot and have been on 600mg ibuprofen 3 times a day for 2 weeks now. The pain has decreased enough (barely) so that my bra strap can finally sit on my shoulder but has not gone away. It is still enlarged and hurts enough that my husband says I moan in my sleep when I move. What should I do next?
