There are different causes for enlarged heart, for example Hypertension, Heart failure, Heart value problems, Fluid collection around the heart, thyroid problems etc .

First we need to evaluate the cause of her enlarged heart.

In that regard I would recommend the following tests.

Complete Hemogram, TSH, 2DEcho and Blood pressure check up.
