Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Labia Minora

i am 13 years old. i am a virgin also. ever since i can remember on my left side, one of my flaps is larger than the other and kind of hangs down. it is very uncomfortable! im scared to tell my parents but really want to go to a gynecologist and get surgury. It is also kind of wrinkly and different colored. what should i do?
