Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Left Atrium And Thickening Of The Left Ventricular

I received a letter telling me the left atrium is enlarged and there is thickening of the left ventricular. the emptying of the left ventricle is mildly reduced there is some thickening of my aortic valve, and the aorta above the heart is slightly enlarged I all so have a leakage from the tricuspid valve. My question is ho do they fix these problems?

Good day
The best treatment is to seek it from a cardiologist and staying in touch with them. Just a simple four line answer would not be enough to treat a pumping organ since childhood.Seek a good cardiac facility and let them help you
