Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Liver And Pneumonia

Three year old son just went to Dr and got ultra sound and it shows he has an enlarged liver. He was just hospitalized for pneumonia and has had a lot of infected teeth this last year and has been on a lot of antibiotics this last year. There doing blood work tomorrow could this be cancer

I can understand your concern.
Enlarged liver in 3 year old child is mostly due to infection. Possibility of cancer is low but can be there.
He is also having pneumonia. So infective etiology is more likely.
To know the causative organism, get done blood culture, bronchoscopy and BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
If both of them are negative for infective etiology, liver biopsy is indicated to rule out malignancy.
Bone marrow biopsy is also useful in such cases.
So consult doctor and discuss all these.
