Hi,
If this is an enlarged lymph node then it is likely to reduce in size spontaneously. It is usually a common sign of infection.
There is a possibility this is a sebaceous cyst. This is not serious and usually needs no treatment. If it becomes large or inflamed then see your doctor for examination.
