Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Lyphnoids And Ovarian Cyst

I went to my doctor and had a ultra sound done he said that i have enlarged lyph noids and a ovarian cyst on my left side groin area. It is very painfull this menstral cycle and i noticed that i may have had blood pool in that area about the size of a dollar bill it is very tender and it has a lump feeling and very sensitive to the touch. I am 34 and over weight. Could the lyph noids have burst or the cycst or should i go to the hospital. Two days since the worst pain day it does feel a little better.
